After all the good reviews I was expecting a lot from Gary's Grill. We went on a Tues and got the 2 for $30 deal. I had the sesame chicken while my husband had the special - chicken cordon bleu. My sesame chicken was not great - overcooked and with bland rice. His CCB was better but wasn't anything spectacular. The salad was prob the best part of the meal for me! We'll try again and hope it's better next time!

Not at all impressed by this place. The lobby is the size of a telephone booth, so be prepared to wait outside. The menu looked great, but once my entree Steak and Gorgonzola salad arrived, I was completely disappointed. The steak (medium rare) was completely cold and extremely tough. I would have had to chew each piece for a full minute just to get it down; fortunately, I didn't bother. I spent $16 on a steak I wanted to spit out half-chewed. It's going to be a long time before I take a risk on this place again.

Another groupon success! From the outside of this little restaurant in a busy strip mall you shouldn't expect a cozy, casual dinner. It was very busy for the middle of the week. The bread wasn't awesome but that cinnamon butter made up for the lack luster bread. For a main course I got the burger with Gorgonzola cheese and sautéed onions. Mine was cooked perfectly and was delicious. My side of fries were crispy and the perfect combination. My boyfriend's comment on his steak was cooked correctly but light on the seasoning. We were really excited to try the deserts - we weren't a fan of the peanut butter pie desert but the chocolate pie was pretty good. Our service was speedy and very friendly no complaints there. I think we will be visiting Garry 's again! Maybe try a salad next time!

We come here for breakfast a lot. The waffle is good. Came for lunch and ordered a cheeseburger medium well. It came out medium rare. Terrible waitress so I didn't even bother trying to send it back. So I'd recommend for breakfast but not lunch.

Came here with my main squeeze for breakfast. I ordered the California omelette and was NOT disappointed. I ordered a side of bacon and I swear they gave me the whole pig. Too much bacon? No such thing! I will be returning very soon and very hungry!

Diamond in the rough in the heart of great local cuisine. I had the Benfield breakfast tacos with hash-browns. The tacos consist of scrambled eggs covered in shredded cheese, with tomatoes, green peppers, and chorizo sausage. They arrived at my table popping hot with a side of tasty salsa. Also, on the platter was a side of what they called "hash-browns", I call them fried potatoes. Either way they were really flavorful, some of the best I have had in a while. The place is on the small side. And it is filled with locals. If you want a great meal with a friendly staff this is your place.

Love their salads! Breakfasts not as good as Breakfast Shoppe but better prices. Coupons come out pretty regularly which make for very reasonable prices.

First time eating here for breakfast and it was great! Friendly staff, awesome coffee, and they also had gluten free biscuits! Our meals were delicious. We will definitely be going back!

We're regular customers and keep going back because we love the Gary's salad but customer service could really use some attention. Today we went for brunch and because of the gym, there is limited parking. I parked and went in to check on the wait for a table for two. The young guy said he could sit us immediately so I said, yes we'd like a table but I had to get my handicapped husband from the car. In the couple of minutes that it took me to get my mobility challenged husband from the parking lot, the young guy had given away the table I thought he was holding for us. Terribly disappointed with this service but it did push us to venture a little further away. Brunch at Mother's instead - the food was excellent and the service divine.

I would love it if I could give ZERO stars but I have to give at least one... Just had an unpleasant experience at Gary's Grille Severna Park...had our names on the waiting list, two people came in after us added their names to the list and we were skipped over completely for being seated...then after I made mention of it the host went into the kitchen and said something at that time we were ready to leave because I don't want to say race had something to do with it...but we were clearly skipped over as the names on the sheet showed a name crossed out HARRIS then Sherwood crossed out...so rather than to remain and patronize the restaurant, we chose to leave and take our business nearby to Brian Boru. I do not recommend this place because IMO I was discriminated for seating based on race and race alone.

Love this place for breakfast- it's a favorite! Try the pancakes and the maple bacon, and the many assortment of mimosas on offer.

Just had a really great meal here - all five of us. I recommend especially the Giant BLT that has tons of perfectly-cooked bacon and the Cuban sandwiches. The turkey/Boursin/bacon wrap was good but a bit dry- and the sauce just didn't work with it...but as I said, it was still good. Waitress was perfect. One more thing: we may have considered dessert but were not even asked. Guess my waistline thanks you.

Garry's Grill....LOL, well we have lived here for years, dined at the Breakfast Shoppe that is right in the vicinity and didn't know about Garry's until a Groupon presented itself! Garry's is a very friendly local place that also has very imaginative and reasonable breakfasts. What makes it nice is that because it is sort of hidden, there isn't much of a line. That's not to say they aren't busy because they are, it's just an average wait isn't what the Breakfast Shoppe or Double TT Diner is due to their location. An average tab for two is roughly $25 which includes large cups of coffee and really tasty breakfasts along with the tip. Service is always very good. Many Sundays, my hubby and I ride down on the bike trail and hit Garry's for breakfast. Try the crunchy french toast made with Capt Crunch Cereal or The Breakfast Bomb. Both are to die for!

Truly my favorite lunch spot. I mean, breakfasts here are terrific, but I don't get out as much as I'd like. Frankly, I've had a mixed experience with dinner. But LUNCH - That's spot-on! The range of salads and proteins would keep you busy for weeks and always happy! Fresh ingredients, well prepared, great pumpkin muffins on the side. The other options are great, too. Quesadilla, fish tacos, sandwiches - all really tasty! Service is friendly and it's the perfect neighborhood spot.

I had the Italian Veggie Wrap with a cup of Vegetable Crab Soup. It was friggin' delicious. My friend had the Chicken Club on a Croissant with Seasoned Fries; and it too, was friggin' delicious. Service wise, I'm not usually that picky. Our server (guy with black-rimmed glasses) was very friendly and helpful. The hostess or whoever seated us walked right past us 2-3 times without even acknowledging us. A simple, "I'll be with you in a short moment" coupled with a smile is so EASY. I'm gonna blame it on management though -- take care of your staff so they'll take care of your customers.

Delicious delicious delicious! The breakfast is amazing. My FAVORITE is the breakfast tacos. We usually get my son the flapjack and sausage. That flapjack is amazing. The texture, the sweetness. It is amazing!

We've been to this shopping center for the Rita's and Adam's Ribs hundreds of times and never noticed this place. We stumbled upon it tonight and I am SO glad we did! The service was great and the food was AMAZING! I had the Chesapeake chicken (deliciously grilled chicken breast with artichokes, crab and cheese on top) and my boyfriend had the apple butter pork chops. Everything was cooked to perfection! They even gave us free dessert because it was our first time there! We ordered the strawberry coconut cake, but got it to go, so I haven't tried it yet. They have quite an amazing selection of desserts! Anyway, this place was a wonderful find and I can't wait to go back. I have a feeling it will become one of our regulars. The only downside is that it's a little pricey. But I definitely think it's worth it!

Awful...Disgusting...YUCK!!!! First, if you have carpet in your restaurant, you should get it professionally cleaned at least once every 2 months to cut down on the greasy, old food smell. Secondly, when using the grill, you should cook different foods separately -- eggs should not taste like shrimp, and hash browns should not taste like fish. Lastly, go thru your freezer every now and then. If you have meat in there that has a little freezer burn, just throw it out. PLEASE do not cook it and serve it to a customer thinking they will not know any better. Frost burn steak = Ewwwww! They ONlY received a 1 because I had to give one; however, in my book, Garry's Grill is at least a negative 10.

I took my sister and her boyfriend here and we had a great breakfast today. The line was much shorter than The Breakfast Shoppe and this place is cute and cozy. We enjoyed our booth, the tempting view of the dessert cake/pie case, and a nice menu selection. Our orange juices were generous in size and the portions perfect for not stuffing ourselves silly. For my breakfast sandwich I chose the croissant (going to ask for it toasted next time!) with two eggs fried over hard, cheese (kraft american), and a side of the best potatoes (almost like mashed potatoes but chunkier and with skin! yum.) I like Garry's Grill even more than I ever did before.

Ya, I dig it! It's got that old time greasy spoon/deli feel. I have only been there once but I had a cobb salad and it was great. Service is good. Everyone I 've recommened to try it like it and would return. Now I have to return. Yum!

I have been to Garry's half-a-dozen times and the food and service have always been fantastic. My most recent trip, however, something was off. First, there was a mixup with our name on the waiting list so we were skipped over and we (including my 70 year old mother) waited an extra 15mins outside until someone realized the mistake and seated us. Our table ordered 2 hamburgers and I got the soft crab sandwich special. When the server placed the open faced soft crab sandwich in front of me she could see the displeasure in my face. The crabs were barely cooked and still looked raw in places to me. I lifted one to look at it more closely, then politely said "I'm not going to eat this" to which the server replied "I wouldn't either". I asked her to bring me a burger instead. She took the plate away and then showed it to the cook. The hispanic fellow looked at it and laughed. I'm not sure what he thought was funny, but it was disappointing to see his carefree reaction to undercooked food. As I sat there annoyed, waiting for my burger, and watching the rest of my party eat their lunches, I thought about how I probably wouldn't make the 20 minute trip up from Annapolis to Garry's again. Just then, the manager, Brian, came over to our table. He sincerly apologized to us and said that he realized that our dining experience hadn't been a pleasant one so far. He was aware with the mix up with the waiting list and also my disappointment with the sandwich. He then said that he would comp our meal. Not just my meal, but the entire table was comped. I told him that wasn't necessary, but he insisted. I was impressed with the way he owned the situation and made sure that we left satisfied. I even felt a little guillty about eating for free, so I picked up some muffins to go on the way out. We will remain a customer of Garry's solely because of the way Brian handled this particular situation.

I've been to Garry's so many times, so I've most certainly got my favorites (B&A burger, sauce on the side... Vic Chop Salad with Buffalo Chicken Tenders... Just the Buffalo Chicken Tenders... Just the Blue Cheese!) The list goes on. And each time I venture out of my comfort zone I find a new favorite. This season it's the Festival Salad with Grilled Salmon. Have you had their grilled salmon? If not, you should. Order it. Crispy, moist, lightly seasoned. Perfection. And each time I go, whoever I go with loves their dish as well. We've had one issue in all the times I can remember - a sadly plated, not well-enough rested steak. The issue was resolved immediately, our apps were comped, and the fresh steak was perfect. (I'm not even going into the desserts - hello, Chocolate Mousse Cake, you glorious beauty! or the breakfasts - far better than The Breakfast Shoppe, and far cheaper!) I'll be the first to admit that there aren't too many restaurants in Severna Park. But why should there be? Garry's Grill serves everything you might want in the realm of American cuisine, and serves everything perfectly Food - 5 - they can do no wrong Drink - 5 - good coffee, good beers, delicious spiced tea Service - 5 - fast but not rushed, attentive, and friendly Value - 5 - 2for30 on Sunday, Mondays and Tuesdays - and always coupons! ... And try their pumpkin muffins. Thanks to this review I'm now craving their pumpkin muffins...

We absolutely love Garry's grill! We probably go at least once every other week. The food is good. It's nothing spectacular, but it's an awesome place to eat quick for a low price. They do accommodate for gluten free duets and the GF rolls were some of the best I've ever had. Be sure to try the pickles! Normally the service is great, but my last time in I had a really terrible server. I won't let it keep me away though, just request Katie! She was awesome. I would recommend a dish but I don't think I've ever had one I didn't love!

My husband and I went for dinner tonight. The host greeted us right away and sat us promptly. Our waiter was pretty friendly. We had the nachos as our appetizer which was decent. I ordered the chicken bacon and cheese sandwich and my husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger. My husband's bacon cheeseburger was amazing and cooked perfectly. However, when I cut my chicken sandwich in half it was slightly pink in the middle. I've gotten sick from undercooked chicken at another restaurant so I'm done and won't order anything else. Our waiter fixed the issue and took it off of our bill. I was willing to pay for the salad that was my side. This should have been a 4 start review however the manager who was on duty who was wearing glasses and has wavy brown hair stared at my husband and I and at one point gave us a nasty look. She never came over to say I'm sorry that the chicken came out undercooked, or sorry I will make sure that doesn't happen again. She said nothing to my husband and I. I found this highly unprofessional and unacceptable. The restaurant was not busy either. I would have understood if it was busy and she was helping the staff out. I've been to Gary's grill quite a bit over the past 15 years and I never have dealt with someone there who was as unprofessional as that manager.

Bottom Line: Consistently good food served in a small, quaint space by experienced staff. I've been coming to this restaurant space for years, no, make that decades. I actually remember when this spot was the Family Circle Restaurant many moons ago. And I've been patronizing Gary's Grill for decades, even as its changed ownership through the years. Anyway, Gary's Grill never disappoints and this review is about the present day restaurant with the existing management, so here it goes . . . Here is what I like about this tried and true Severna Park staple: - The menu is diverse and the food is always good. My favorites are the Mexican Chicken Salad and the Coconut Shrimp. Even their sides are good too like the made-to-order sautéed spinach, tater tots and daily vegetable. - The staff here always seems to be on the ball. You can tell that the wait staff is experienced and thinking ahead. - Desserts. Yummo to the homemade desserts. - Coupons and awesome deals. Even if you don't have a coupon, you'll enjoy specials like Two for Thirty on Tuesdays (an appetizer, two entrees and a dessert, I think) and Wednesday Throwback where the price of a featured dish is an absolute bargain (e.g. $6 hamburgers with fries). - Most seating is in a comfy booth that perfectly fits up to four. If you have a larger crowd, there are a few tables that offer more seating, but I'd refrain from bringing a large group here. Because this restaurant is small booths and doesn't cater to big crowds, its significantly less noisy. I really appreciate the calm and quaint atmosphere of Gary's. - Beer, booze and wine. Yep, they serve it all. My only complaint about Gary's Grill is the same complaint I've had since the beginning of time - the cold drafts that blow in through the front door. Because this restaurant is long and skinny, every time someone opens the front door (in the cooler months) a draft floods the restaurant. You can even feel the cold air half way back. Gary's did install a heater over the door several years ago, but that doesn't prevent the draft. Ideally, they would build an artic entryway, but that may not be feasible in such a small space. If they would take a page from many Northwest restaurants and install a thick, breeze blocking curtain, I think that would be as effective as an artic entry. Anyway, they do try to refrain from seating people by the door but still . . .

I know there are a lot of good reviews about Garry's, but I had to echo a lot of people's comments. The food is always delicious and made fresh. My wife and I have never had a bad meal there. We have done take-out and dined in many times. I highly recommend the Maryland Crab Soup and the Filet Minon sliders. Both are extremely delicious. The wait staff is always friendly For the price, you definitely get your money's worth and then some.

I can't believe I've lived in the area for over 4 years and had NEVER been to Garry's before! But I got a Groupon deal, and thought it was about time to try it out. So while I have my niece visiting, I decided to take her with me and we could BOTH try someplace new. This place is easy to miss if you don't know it's there, tucked into a corner of a strip mall, it looks very unassuming, and the sign just blends into everything else...nothing really stands out. But as soon as we walked in the door, I was struck by the dark wood and cozy seating. It's not very big, and space is kind of tight around the front door, but once you're in and seated it's all good. And the staff are super friendly......and I just have to say, I have NEVER seen a group of people work together as a team better than the folks at Garry's. It didn't matter who our 'server" was, anyone who walked past our table was quick to take away dirty dishes, get drink refills, or just check to make sure we were doing OK. Really....EVERYONE just pitched in. I know I probably shouldnt' be so shocked by this, but it's so rare these days that I really did feel it was worth mentioning. But moving on to the food.......I had looked at the menu online ahead of time, and thought a few things sounded pretty good. However, I had also read some of the reviews on here and wasn't so sure, so I wasn't sure what to expect. We started with the crab puffs appetizer, which were actually very tasty, and much better than I expected....I was concerned with the "breaded and deep fried" part that they'd be all breading, but no....these are just basically round crab cakes. Excellent! They had a list of specials that sounded pretty good, but I opted for a standard menu item of apple butter pork chops, and my niece got the pulled pork BBQ sandwich. Everything was very good, all the way down to the warm bread and cinnamon butter. We even saved room for dessert, which was also amazing. I'd definitely recommend Garry's if you find yourself in the area....or even if you have to drive a few minutes to get there. It's worth it!

Looking for an amazing breakfast place? Look no further than Garry's. And ask for Eddie as your server. Amazing coffee (try the hazelnut), perfectly cooked pancakes, solid hash browns and eggs. A great value for the money. We live in Annapolis and drive to Severna Park for this delicious breakfast!!!

I was very pleased with the service at Gary's Grill. The staff were all very friendly and seemed pleasant. The food was reasonably priced and tasted fine. I had the fish tacos, southwest chorizo soup and crab dip. Nothing stood out as amazing. My main complaint is that the fish and my girlfriend's burger and fries were just warm, practically room temp. None of them were hot. The fries were greasy had an under taste I didn't love and like I said weren't hot. The menu had an interesting assortment of salads which might be the only thing I'd come back to try.

  • Tara L.

I was not super impressed with Garry's Grill. I ordered the Boursin Bacon Burger. The burger tasted ok but came to the table lukewarm. The seasoned fries were also lukewarm and kind of soggy. My boyfriend ordered the fish tacos which he said were tasty but also not hot. He ordered the soup of the day, which was a southwest chorizo soup. It was a bean soup and he's not a big fan of beans so I ended up eating most of it, and found it to be quite tasty and it came hot. We also got the crab fondue which was the only other thing that came to the table hot. I thought that was tasty as well. The service was good. All in all it was an ok experience but I don't anticipate going back.

On my one any only trip to Gary's, my brother, son and myself for breakfast, we were seated in a booth the size of a postage stamp. Not saying that we aren't a little oversized, you would have thought the waitress would have given us a table, but no!! We ordered our food and when it arrived I thought to myself I could do better job at home making eggs and bacon look better then this. As for the food, lucky we had a coupon or I would have complained about the food! Unless you weigh under 90 pounds , I'll find a real restaurant with better seating.

Don't get me wrong, this place is great.... But today we went out as a family for breakfast and got seated right next to the grills and where they put the good ready to be given to customers. A waitress put down 2 slices of toast (with bare hands) and literally FIVE waitresses touched that toast (also with bare hands after taking orders with pens and touching menus)... And guess what?!? We got that community toast! Lucky us. Not really. Went without carbs today. Maybe they should invest in tongs?

  • Mary C.

My family and I have enjoyed breakfast at GG several times. We love to take friends, family, and especially people who have never been. It's one of, if not the best, breakfasts in the area! Our favorite is the crunchy French toast with berry compote (I don't know the exact menu title). The potatoes are delicious. The service has been good to excellent, depending on the mood of the waiter/ress. Don't take a large group (6+) because you'll have trouble getting seated together. The restaurant is kid-friendly but sometimes there is little room for a high-chair if you have young ones.

Gary's is above average for the significantly below average restaurant options available in the Severna Park area. The service is usually solid, and the food is usually good. If you're going to order carry-out, stick with sandwiches and salads. Much of their menu is not carry-out compatible.

    (3)
  • Tim M.

Garry's is great - but hardly FIVE star. Honestly you 5 star folks scare me... Don't miss the Chesapeake Bay Bloody Mary's on Sundays - glasses are rimmed with Old Bay - really a nice touch. I've never had a bad meal here and it is a great local flair spot. I can't say I'd bring a date here for dinner before a night at the Kennedy Center tho. This is NOT a 'FIVE STAR' joint... Three is all it deserves as it is A-OK... I've been here about 5 times in 8 years - is that FIVE STAR worthy??!?! I don't think so...

  • Ray Lewis's Bastard SO N.

Excellent grill, good food prices, good selection of food, great quality still think the breakfast food is the best, I would recommend this place. The veggie burger/sandwich is good. Portions at dinner are a little small, but wine and beer are on tap and at good prices. Great Customer service(staff looks overworked though). Owner EDDIE very cool. The negatives, the place is dirty...I have gotten dirty silverware and dishes. THE WAIT. The place is so small and so packed sometimes there is a line going outside which is not cool when it is freezing cold like it is now. Bathroom recently updated, but still smells. Go for breakfast or lunch but if their is a line head over to Severna Park Breakfast shop, they are basically the same but the other is bigger and a little more noisy.

While, the food here is pretty good (veggies and salads are of the bagged variety, but you're probably not coming here for health food), the service can be spotty and the management seems to care little to none when there is a problem. Found a foreign object in my food (no, it wasn't just a hair) and while they took it off the tab, an apology or a visit from the manager (who was standing a foot away) would have been nice.

My wife and I went here for lunch and I can't even remember what we ate - it was just food, not notable, and not horrible, but I wouldn't go back unless someone wanted to go there, and perhaps for breakfast or dinner instead. Like the guide for ratings on Yelp says for a two star...meh.

  • Lucy S.

Garry's Grill is a good place to go if you're in a rush. Ordered a drink and had no time to enjoy it before the salad arrived. We were still eating our salad when the entree was served. This is status quo for this restaurant...even when we try to pace things, the food arrives too quickly. Our entrees were just ok - steak gargonzola was average at best and the pork chipolte was good, but both of our sides (mashed potatoes and chef's veggies) were lukewarm so it seemed if they were pre-made and they just threw the hotter protein on the plate later. Nice local option, but far from gourmet.

My wife and I went to Garry's Grill for lunch, arriving at about 11:50. Although the lunch menu was out, the server copped an attitude and insisted that they were still serving breakfast and that the lunch menu was not available. I ordered a veggie omelet. The vegetables were cold and it was clear that the mix had been sitting around. The service was mediocre. It was a disappointing experience because I remember Garry's original restaurant, Capers. Garry's Grill didn't come close, and since then I have not been back.

I gotta go the full five for Garry's. Garry's is the type of neighborhood place that makes you want to move to that neighborhood just to be closer. I swear property values must increase the closer you get to their front door. It's not fancy, but it sure is good. Also on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights, they have a "2 for $28" Special for. It's insane. 2 Starters (Soup or Salad), 2 Entrees (Choose from around 12 options) 2 Desserts (all homemade, all great) and 2 beverages. $28. No kidding. This past Sunday, I had the Chicken au Poivre and my dining partner in crime had the Italian Meatloaf. The Chicken was perfectly cooked, moist and peppery and perched high atop a generous mound of garlic mashers. The Italian meatloaf consisted of two enormous slabs of Italian seasoned meatloaf, topped with shredded mozzarella cheese and a light marinara sauce over the same garlic mashers as my chicken. Incredibly good soul satisfying home cooking. Finally, for a real treat, sit at the counter next to the grill (there are only three seats) It's like getting dinner and a show. The cooks at Garry's know what they are doing and it's a pleasure to watch them in action.

I really love this place, come here all the time for lunch to get the buffalo chicken wrap, which is delicious though very spicy. Their beef chili is second to none in my mind, it has a flavor all its own. The only reason I am not giving this place 4 stars in I found a fly in my food once. I didn't go for while after finding that fly but then I decided to go back because it was a mistake and I have been there so many times with no problem.

I had lunch at Garry's Grill once, and then they catered my informal, outdoor wedding. Both were excellent experiences. I had some kind of chicken wrap for lunch at the restaurant, and it wasn't really stellar. But it was darned good. And the pasta salad, OMG, the pasta salad was heavenly. So we had to have that at the wedding. My husband had a burger, and thought it was divine. At the wedding, they were rock stars. My family raved about the food, so did everyone. We hired a cook from the restaurant to grill everything up on the spot, and it was all done to perfection. We had salmon, steak, marinated chicken, and burgers. The only complaint was that the steaks were too large! We also got corn on the cob, pasta salad, smashed potatoes (excellent), brown dinner rolls (yumm) and some spicy butter. And the berry salad. Everything was great! And we served about 80 people, with one cook from the restaurant and one friend helping out (he's also a chef). The friend who worked with the cook said the guy did an amazing job. I would not hesitate to recommend Garry's- either for a meal in the restaurant, or as an event caterer. They were also very good to work with, and the prices were reasonable.

I usually love going to Garry's Grill especially for the salmon. Today, however, the waitress was quite rude and unattentive. She forgot our drink order and charged me for extra sauce on my herb crusted salmon. Really? It's $14 for a lunch item and you charge 65 cents for extra sauce. Please. I also used the sauce for my salad dressing. I'm not pleased and not sure when and if I would return.

Garry's is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant to take the family and have a great meal. Consistently busy at dinner, I can't wait to try it for breakfast. We go monthly and haven't been disappointed with the specials or the desserts. Add in great staff and you have a winner.

This place is quite unassuming as it is tucked away in a strip mall (much like most restaurants in Pasadena or Severna Park). We stopped in on a weekday, and I was surprised to see it was packed. It was clear that most of the patrons were regulars, which was a good sign. The interior is cozy and small, but it seems as if the tables turn around pretty quickly because we only had a 10 minute wait. Our server was so very sweet and she was very patient with our questions about the menu. It was also nifty that the kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant and open for you to see everything that's going on (and yet, the restaurant remains very cool, so the ventilation is top notch). The manager even came to visit us personally when he found out it was our first time there and introduced himself and asked whether we enjoyed our visit. It was a personable touch and sealed us as fans of this restaurant. We can't wait to return! Also seems like the menu is evolving and changing (perhaps w/ the seasons?) which I like to see.
